[imp] Japanese support (with IMAP)

Hello,
I am currently running an Horde platform which handle IMP and Turba 
applications with the following environnement:
   - Redhat 7.3
   - Apache 1.3.27
   - Mod_SSL 2.8.12
   - PHP 4.1.2 R7.3.6
   - PHP-IMAP 4.1.2 R7.3.6
   - Horde 2.1
   - IMP 3.2
   - Turba 1.1

The problem is that I can partialy read japanese mail (about 30-50% is 
wrong).

Is there anybody who can help me to correct this bug. I don't know if 
it's a bug with the php-imap interface or if it's a problem of mail display.
