[imp] fetchmail

Someone yesterday was asking how to configure fetchmail so that it would
pass messages through an virus scanner before delivering the mail to the
MDA.

I responded briefly that one needed to add the routing to fetchmail to
tell it to talk to a different interface in place of the the default
(localhost).

I was away from my machines yesterday and couldn't recall the syntax. If
it's helpful to anyone, here it is:

 fetchmail -v -q -f /etc/fetchmailrc --smtphost xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
