[imp] 2 pane window ?

Hi,

is it possible to make imp display a 2 pane window for mail with
- left pane which dislpay the folder view
- right pane which display the mail (list, detail) view

Possible vith a simple configuration ?
or via a code modification (and if so does it sound feasible or very hard, or a
1h work or a 10 day one for a coder ?)
