[imp] Delete problem

I've had this happen before with UW-IMAP as the server and the user was
over quota (either at the hard limit or an expired soft quota).  The imap
server can set the deleted flags, but it can't actually deleted the
message.  Also, the next time you view the message, the deleted flags go
away.

I don't know if cyrus is affected by this as well, but it sounds exactly
the same.
