[imp] Notices and warnings reading mail

Hello..

i've recently upgraded IMP and i started getting the following messages:


Notice: Undefined index: 782 in /usr/local/www/horde/imp/message.php on line 219

Warning: htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charset `us-ascii' not 
supported, assuming iso-8859-1 
in /usr/local/www/horde/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/text.php on line 41

the funny thing is, after viewing them once, the Notice goes away... 
the warning about the charset sometimes goes away, sometimes it does not.. =(

aside from the notices and warnings. all seems to be working fine. but i would 
like to get rid of them, as customers keep bugging support.... 
 
has anyone run into this problems?
if so, how did you fix them?
