[imp] Strange thing in logfile

I asked once before, but got no answer:

Does anyone know what this apache logfile entry could mean?

192.168.1.10 - - [14/Mar/2003:18:25:28 -0500] "\x80F\x01\x03" 200 654


I get this message when I get a totally blank screen when I try to get to Imp.
