[imp] Problem forcing https

Hello,

I've just upgraded from horde 2.1 & imp 3.1 (working fine) to horde 
2.2.1 & imp 3.2
In horde.php config file, i have use_ssl set to 1 (to force to use ssl)
but since the upgrade, this parameters doesn't seems to work because i 
am ,by default,  in standard http.
If i make a manually https connection, it works.

I use mandrake 8.1

Does someone have the same problem ?
