[imp] database and upgrade question

I see what you mean.  It looks like the newer horde and the older one both 
use a database named "horde" by default, although they use different 
tables within the database.  I suppose I could either use a different name 
for the database or edit the "mysql_create.sql" so it doesn't try to CREATE 
the 'horde' database before it USEs it.
