[imp] Minor problem with new IMP install...

I'm using Horde 2.1 and Imp 3.1 from OpenBSD packages.  Horde is dedicated to 
Imp, there are no other apps.

Horde/Imp is working just fine except for one thing: Imp preferences always 
results in a blank page.

Horde preferences seems to work fine, there are two options available to set, 
but Imp preferences generates nothing - just a standard html header and footer 
with nothing between the body-/body tags.

The preferences repository is a local mysql database, and appears to be working 
fine - I can change prefs in horde without a problem, and they show up in the 
database.

If this isn't enough information to help troubleshoot, what do I need to 
provide to help?
