[imp] Error: showsummarylinks() (Windows2K)

I CVS updated a couple weeks ago, and have since been getting errors from 
messages.php and alternative.php:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: showsummarylinks() in 
d:\htserv\htdocs\horde\imp\message.php on line 252

I see that message.php was modified in version 2.458 ("Don't show summary 
links when printing out a message.") a few weeks ago, where use of this 
function was added. I'm using PHP ver 4.3.0 and a combo of a recent offical 
PEAR and the one that's posted on Horde.org, and Apache on a Windows2000 
server.

What do I need to update to get the showsummarylinks() function? Do I need 
a newer PHP or PEAR (or enable/add functions -- unfortunately, for Win2K, 
PEAR isn't built into PHP until 4.3.2)

Also, I recently noticed that although I can send emails that are newly 
composed, reply emails produce this error upon sending:

There was an error sending your message: unable to add recipient 
[justinz at harbell.net]: Invalid response code received from server

Can anyone suggest what may be causing this?
