[imp] Show login at menu bar

Not 100% sure about the CVS version but in IMP 3.2.1 you need to modify 
horde/imp/templates/mailbox/header.inc

For example, I added the following and changed the widths of the other 
"td"s to make it look right:


<td align=center width="30%" class="header">&nbsp;<?php echo 
sprintf(_("Welcome, %s@%s"), $imp['user'], $imp['maildomain']) ?></td>
