[imp] Indent in folderview

Hi!

I was often a bit confused, when I created a folder as subfolder of my inbox 
and it wasn't correctly indented as a subfolder of the inbox.

Is there any reason why any subfolder directly under inbox isn't indented as 
subfolder?

For me, I patched it by commenting out line 396 of folders.php (HEAD):
//$indent_level--;
