[imp] IMAP authentication only works with ssl

Hi,

This is not a big issue, but I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this:

IMAP on port 143 doesn't work with IMP or HORDE (works with Outlook Express)
IMAP on port 993 with ssl works with IMP, HORDE and Outlook Express.
