[imp] Function HELP

Hi,

I have install

    httpd-2.0.44
    php 4.3.1
    pear 1.0.1
    horde 2.2.1
    imp 3.2.1
    turba 1.2
    kronolith 1.0

'Help' or '?' functioned not yet in IMP, TURBA and KRONOLITH.

If I press 'Help'  opens window without entries.
It is indicated only "List Help Topics" and "Close Help ".

The remainder is empty.

What is the cause?
