[imp] WinRar attachment problems

I have users that send WinRar files (*.rar) as attachments.  When they try to 
download them they get a page not found error.  If they take the same files and 
ZIP them, they have no problems.

Is there a configuration setting somewhere to set the file extensions allowed 
to opened/downloaded?
