No. IMP can show inline images just fine. But if someone sends you an image
in a MIME part, and labels that MIME part as an attachment, the image will
NOT be shown inline. Anything else would break the RFC.
Any message with an image that is sent with Content-Disposition: inline can
be viewed inline.
