[imp] Problem with to send attachments more than 500 kb

If this is on RH 8/9, then edit  /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.conf
and change the value of LimitRequestBody to something more reasonable
than 512K.

Otherwise, look in your php.ini file for similar restrictions on upload size,
post size, memory limit, etc.
