[imp] Help text for turba and kronolith?

Any idea where I could get the files for the help text for turba and
kronolith

They should be in  %%TURBADIR%%/locale/en_US/help.xml
And  %%KRONOLITHDIR%%/locale/en_US/help.xml

But they were not installed
I don't even have an en_US dir in both places...
