[imp] select all/none dropdown in CVS HEAD

Ah,

I never saw any options other than All and None (perhaps because I'm using
POP3), but I had a feeling that this was the reason for the dropdown.

Ok, so forget removing the dropdown, what about implementing a real checkbox
at the column header?
