[imp] Blacklist functionality in HEAD

Hello,

Horde, IMP: latest CVS HEAD as of this message
PHP: 4.2.3
IMP: POP3

I just blacklisted an e-mail address from the mailbox view (using POP3), and
now I can't figure out how to remove the address from the blacklist (short
of editing the mysql db).  I tried going to "IMP Options->Filters->Edit your
filter rules", but that just takes me back to the options screen.

Am I missing something?
