Hi,

I usually post solution to my own problems, just in case someone else might
need it.

Seems that my login problem was caused by an old mcrypt library. After
upgrade I simply forgot to configure mcrypt to use dynamic loading, since
never version if libmcrypt doesn't support that "old behaviour" according
to mcrypt README... Once I had dynamic loading for mcrypt installed Apache
immediately stopped to crash when logging in to horde.
