[imp] is near/over quota situation already solved ?

Does IMP3.2.1 already solved the problem of not being able to delete msgs (move to Trash) when
user is near/over his quota limit ?

If not, is there a patch that does:
- popup confirmation window
- expunge msg(s)

Please advise.
