[imp] Change size of the inbox listing

I'm trying to find the setting to change the text size of the inbox message listing.  Everyone seems to think it's too big as it is by default (I think it's 12 pt) and it'd be great to make that smaller but leave the buttons and other text the same.

Can this be changed in /horde/config/html.php or do you need to tweak one of the actual .css files?
