[imp] how to use fullMessageText()?

What library files do I need to use this imp function?

IMP_Contents::fullMessageText($index);

I have created a php script located under the mnemo directory that takes the 
message body of an email message and turns it into mnemoAddMemo note via the
mnemoAddMemo(($body, 'Unfiled') api function. I have included the mnemo 
api.php, as well as imp\lib\base.php, but that may be the wrong file. Please 
help me. This is my first time modifying a php script.
