[imp] Problem with Horde Mail and Postgresql

Could be lots of things.  But one common cause is that if your web server
allows more threads than your sql server allows connections, you will see
this kind of thing.  Make sure that if your web server will spawn e.g. N
children that you have at least N+2 sql connection configured, or you will
see problems.
