[imp] Win32 Aspell on IIS5

Hello everyone:

Anyone ever see:

Warning: exec(): Unable to fork [echo "Anyone ever see: ^ ^ ^ ^" 
| /aspell/bin/aspell -a -d american] in 
C:Inetpubsharedroothordeimpspelling.php on line 181

Spell checking was working, now it's just giving me this error.

My config:
PHP Version 4.3.2-RC2 (CGI)
Horde: 2.2.1 
IMP: 3.2.1
Turba: 1.2 
Kronolith: 1.1 

Any help would be appreciated.
