[imp] German umlauts in subject and attachement-filenames

You need to provide more information, e.g. if you have utf-8 support
enabled, if it happens with all languages, if you have iconv/mbstring
installed, how this works with other mail clients and perhaps a real world
example and some snippet from the mail source.
