[imp] recipient parsing - error?

This is incorrect format. ';' indicate the end of a mailing list - it must
be used in the following format:
listname: email1 at example.com, email2 at example.com;
You can not seperate addresses with ';', only ','. Since IMP doesn't do any
sort of checking in the address box (it pretty much hands it off to your
mailer), this is why the strange behavior is happening.
