[imp] "unable to send data" error in IMP 3.2.1(Final)

I'm running a PC with Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition v37.71(Beta), 
running IIS 6.0 PHP 4.3.1, using a MySQL 3.23.56, Horde 2.2.3 (final) and 
IMP 3.2.1(final) and recently i've been having a strange error.
I can login to IMP and do all tasks except mail sending.
When I try to send, I get an "unable to send data" message, and when I check 
the horde log I find this error: May 04 22:19:38 HORDE [warning] [imp] 
unable to send data [on line 918 of "D:\Inetpub\webmail\imp\compose.php"]. 
I'm running MailDaemon 6.7.9 and I know the problem is not of it because I 
can send mails with other Webmail Programs such as Squirrelmail.
I've already tried installing several old versions of all my software, 
including MailDaemon and I still get the same error. I even reinstalled IMP 
and Horde and I get the very same error. I also know it's not IIS because 
I'm also running apache 1.3.27 on the same OS and I get ther very same error 
with it.
