[imp] create folder denied, cyrus IMP

hi,

i searched google for my problem, but the anwer doesn't helped, i changed the
lines from server.php in imp/config:

'folders' => 'INBOX.',
'namespace' => '',

but i can't create folders with IMP, so what i have to change ? With normal imap
clients like evolution, i have no problems :-/
