[imp] logout not actually logging me out? cookie/credential problem?

Hey guys.  Here's what happens:

I login to IMP as user1
I see the Inbox for user1
I click the 'logout' button on the IMP side of the UI.
I am returned to the IMP login page.
I enter ANYTHING (valid or invalid) for user/password
I see the Inbox for user1

Only by using the Logout on the left side will it work as expected.

I tested this under IE 6.0.28 and Mozilla 1.3.
