[imp] Mailbox display

The boss noticed something strange, his home ISP's installation of Horde/IMP
changes the color of the message line in the inbox view when the message is
new, but our install of Horde/IMP doesn't.

Their install (via horde/test.php)
Horde: 2.1
IMP: 3.1
Turba: 1.1
PHP Version: 4.1.1
POP mail

Our install
Horde: 2.2.3
IMP: 3.2.1
Turba: 1.2
PHP Version: 4.3.1
POP mail (qpopper 4)

Is there an option I need to set to enable this older behavior?  I didn't
see any classes for this in imp/config/html.php
