[imp] PHP Error - Warning: Failed opening 'Log.php' for inclusion

Did you have a look at http://..../horde/test.php?
This will indicate what is supported.  I think test.php will indicate you have 
an unsupported version of pear.  You should be able to find the 
file /usr/share/pear/Log.php if the version of pear is supported.
