[imp] Re: Can't get Ingo to do my filtering

I was using the latest CVS, just not the latest conf.php generated by the admin
interface.  I regenerated my conf.php.  The problem is identical.

Maybe this is significant: IMP links properly to ingo on the IMP nav bar,
however it's still looking for imp/graphics/filter.gif for the image.  Or maybe
not.
