[imp] Lowercase "INBOX" in the menu

Yes, of course... silly me forgot to mention the obvious. It shows as
"Inbox" in the imp/en_US.po file. I thought maybe I had to change something
in horde/po/ too but I didn't see any INBOX string to change.
