[imp] After PHP upgrade, problems with

Hi all, 

Would be grateful for advice on a new problem that cropped up after a PHP 
upgrade. I just upgraded from PHP 4.1 to 4.3.1 - and now get the error message 
below while reading some messages:

Warning: htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charset `us-ascii' not 
supported, assuming iso-8859-1 
in /home/httpd/vhosts/webmail/horde/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/text.php on line 41

I'm not quite sure what to do about it. Help much appreciated.
