[imp] Newbie question - got it installed. now what ?

Well I think I found the problem, but I am now stuck with the following: 

Error: 
Required 'hostspec' not specified in authentication configuration.

[line 100 of /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/lib/Auth/sql.php]

Yet my horde.php in the config directory is this:

$conf['prefs']['params']['phptype'] = 'mysql';
$conf['prefs']['params']['hostspec'] = '10.xx.xx.xx';
$conf['prefs']['params']['username'] = 'horde';
$conf['prefs']['params']['password'] = '*****';
$conf['prefs']['params']['database'] = 'horde';
$conf['prefs']['params']['table'] = 'horde_prefs';

What to do now ?
