While that is possible, that is not a good suggestion.


1) It's not just Outlook Express.  It's also Outlook, Eudora Pro,
Netscape Messanger, ad. infinitum.

2) We're talking about 150 +/- people.

3) Most of the people have computers at home, in addition to the ones in
their office and/or research lab.
