[imp] Showing images

Greetings,

I just set up a fresh Horde / Imp install on a Debian 3.0 machine. 

Horde: 2.2.3
IMP: 3.2.1
PHP Version: 4.3.2
Zeus 4 Webserver

When I click on an image attachment, I get a popup window with garbage, 
presumably the raw data of the image. I've checked everything I can think of. 
I haven't been able to find anything about this in the archives. Other 
attachments that are meant to be opened elsewhere (like PDFs) work normally, 
however, anything that the browser is meant to render does not. Thoughts?
