[imp] Image attachments display garbage

Only a somewhat unlikely guess.  Some browsers have broken compression
handling (Netscape 4.x on linux, IE 6.x on Windows 2k/XP, etc).  So what
you see is the compressed data (never gets uncompressed).  So, if you have
compression on, try it without compression (in horde and/or php.ini) to
see if that fixes it or not.

Again, just a guess...
