[imp] Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getinitialurl()

Any Help on this.
Running latest CVS updates. Everything else works 
except IMP. (.i.e Gollem, horde, turba ).

When trying IMP gives me this error 
Fatal error: Call to undefined function:
getinitialurl() in /horde/imp/redirect.php on line 40
