[imp] New Install

I just installed horde-2.2.3, imp-3.2.1, turba-1.2 and pear-1.1. on
Redhat Linux 9.0. I get the Welcome to Horde screen and I put in the
UserName and Password and I get the Welcome, "UserName" header but no
mail list. I get the logout icon on the right  and horde and logout icon
on the bottom. What did I not configure?
