[imp] wrong attachment size calculated

Hi all,

guess that's a bug in imp (cvs 29.07.2003): say, you have set the 
attach_size_limit to 5M. Attaching a single file >5M is prevented, but 
attaching 2x3M is allowed. Same thing happens forwarding a mail.

This patch seems to work but isn't heavily tested. Besides I don't know 
whether all cases are matched. Could anybody have a look at it?
