GACK!

I'd been keeping up with Ulf's XSS patches and didn't realise that patch 
mangles the ownership/perms of the files it alters.

A chgrp www *;chmod 0640 * fixed my problem.

text/html emails are still treated as "attachments" but when viewed, the 
window displays the email.

Oddly, the emails from phpedit.com seems really messed up though (the body 
tag is visible in IMP's viewer).

I'll be more careful next time.  Silly moi.
