| I configured spamassassin to edit the subject line, then filtered on the
| spam subject.  It's not entirely elegant, but it works.

Filtering by non-standard headers (e.g. X-Spam-Flag) ain't ever going to
happen in IMP 3.x.  It is way too complex to backport - it was pretty much
the main reason why the entire MIME handling system ended up being
essentially rewritten in HEAD.
