[imp] imp + first users

You probably do not need separate IMP accounts. IMP is 'just' a mail
client. Accounts are managed by the mail server that IMP is configured to
connect to.

(Either that or I completely misunderstood your question - if so, feel
free to expand the problem report ;) )
