Hello,
  Upon more research, I found that I forgot to update ingo/config/conf.php
with the following from CVS:

$conf['rules']['usefolderapi'] = true;


This provides a dropdown of the folder listings when creating rules w/ ingo, so
the user does not need to enter the name manually.
