do try and put a little effort when reporting an error and not just copy/paste
the first thing you see.

at least try and tell us:
- what version of imp/horde?
- what were you doing?

but an obvious conclusion is that you are missing the file Browser.php reqiured
on line 25 of /imp/lib/base.php
