[imp] PHP + Apache + SSL + IE = Page cannot be displayed

In response to my own post about Page Cannot be Displayed errors randomly
occuring within imp, I have done some research on the issues and found the
following fix.  There seems to be some issues w/ IE and and PHP/Apache/SSL.

By applying the fix in that article, I do not get any more Page Cannot be
Displayed errors.  I am curious if anyone else that was having these problems
can verify that this fix works for them.
