[imp] Initial Application and navbar

Hello i have:

horde-2.2.4
imp-3.2.2

the horde and imp is running this works fine.
I wanted that a user that logs on be automatically redirected to IMP,
this is a first question

and the next question is how to lograte modify 
the secondary navigation bar.
